Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges. Contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange the return for exchange. The items to be exchanged are to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized orders
The custom orders are not refundable.
Please keep in mind that the custom paintings are created to look similar to the pictures but they are not identical. Each work is original and unique and has it's own personality.
The prints are custom made so I can't accept returns or exchanges.
In case of an exchange, returned items must be packaged in the same way they arrive and be in good condition. I will not accept exchanges on items damaged by the buyer due to wrong manipulation.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in case of an exchange.
I do ship internationally. If you are unable to obtain a shipping cost estimate at checkout, please contact me with your address details for a shipping quote.
All my paintings are professionally packed and shipped via Fedex, CanadaPost or Purolator Ground depending on your location for US/Canadian customers, or via Fedex Express for international customers. The transit time is a few days, depending on your location.
For the custom paintings, the time-frame for completing the artwork will be discussed in advance.
After the shipping, I will provide you the tracking number for the package. I will do a follow up on the package transit and delivery, because I want to make sure that it is delivered in good condition.
Please keep in mind that the shipping cost depends on a variety of factors including size of canvas, weight and destination.
